I have a lifelong background in all aspects of real estate finance development. I was very blessed to have had a mother and grandmother who were extremely involved in real estate, which was uncommon for that time period and was, I believe, the basis for my love and drive in real estate. I’ve been featured as a real estate finance expert in many high profile publications over the years, and in 2009 I was honored to speak before the CPA Societies of West Los Angeles and Pasadena. In addition, I was featured on a panel at UCLA entitled “Glamour Real Estate.” I founded Crestview Financial in the 1980s, which was the first woman-owned mortgage brokerage company to fund in excess of $1 billion in loans per year. Academically, I’m a Beverly Hills girl and attended El Rodeo and Beverly High. I have three master’s degrees from USC and Pepperdine. Most important, I have three sons, Mark, Randy and Curtis Cohen, and eleven grandchildren. I love to travel to uncommon destinations anyplace in the world (I can only be away for 2 weeks max from my business, so I move fast!). I support innumerable charities, and am always eager to help whenever I can.
